304 Series Bag Flattener Conveyors are Specially Designed to Remove Excess Air from Bagged Product to Provide De-Aeration of Bagged Product as Well as Superior Uniformity in Bag Shaping. This Both Improves the Appearance of the Loaded Pallet While Also Making the Pallet More Stable and Less Likely to Shift During Transport. Our Design Allows for Quick & Easy Adjustment for Various Bag Thicknesses and is Not Rigidly Fixed to Lower Conveyor Allowing Optimum Flexibility in Bag Shaping. 304 Series Conveyors are Available in 24” Belt Widths in Frame Lengths of 10’, 12’, 14’ and 16’. All CBE Bag Handling Conveyors are Designed and Ruggedly Built of 6” Structural C-Channel with Powder Coated Frames to be used in the Most Demanding Industrial Environments Imaginable.
