Belt Fed Style Open Mouth Bag Filler for Packaging 20-110# (9-50KG) Bags with Non-Free Flowing Powders, Fibrous and Large
Particle Materials at a Rate of 1-10 Bags per Minute.
NOTE: This machine is strictly intended for packaging non-free flowing materials. It is NOT recommended for free flowing
powders or any kind nor any kind of fluidizable or floodable materials.
Examples of Proper Application Include:

- Gravel, Wet Sand, Soils
Principle of Operation:
The GWB-BF-14 Series belt fed open mouth filler has a specially designed belt feeder that levels the incoming product into
a controlled and metered stream of product. The product then flow off the end of the belt through a scaled spout and into
the bag. No air or electricity is required for basic operation. The GWB-BF-14 Series is an automatic gross weighing filler
that simultaneously fills and weighs product directly into the bag.
NOTE: This machine does not close or seal bags. This operation is completed as a separate operation with this series of bag

Clean Operation:
The GWB-BF-14 Series belt fed packer has a totally enclosed product flow path from the supply hopper bin all the way into
the bag. It can also be equipped with an optional air operated dust tight bag fill spout making the GB the cleanest filling
gravity style open mouth bag filler available in the industry.
